Two weeks ago, the library team brought Mayor Ryan Schroeder, City Council adlerpersons and city staff, library board and Delavan-Delavan Lake board members together for a tour of the expansion project.
Ever mindful of construction site protocols, expansion progress and timelines, our goal was to keep disruption at a minimum.
